Points positifs : The flat was as described & as per photos. No stairs, no noise, parking available on the street. Very centrally located, it was just what we wanted. The boulangerie a few doors down on the same side of the street is wonderful. The washing machine is a big bonus point. We will come back on our next visit to Beaune.

Points négatifs : As the customers are warned that there is a fee for not cleaning the kitchen before leaving, we found quite a few dirty cutlery and plates and pans in the kitchen. We just washed everything again.

A really great stay in a beautiful apartment

Points positifs : Location and great facilities!!! A few basic cooking items provided

Easy instructions, great location and a covert pleasant three days.

Points positifs : Location was excellent, living area spacious, kitchen well wquiped

Points négatifs : No detergent for washing machine, which we expected for a three night stay. It would be WONDERFUL if the courtyard garden was given a good tidy up.

Lovely apartment in excellent location in Beaune.

Points positifs : Spacious living area. Comfortable bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Charles communicated with us very well about check-in and the property's features. Excellent location.

Points négatifs : All was good!

It was a very beautiful homy apartment. The directions to get to and get to the inside were clearly explain. Plus we wer

Points positifs : It was a lovely authentic place to relax and seems very caring and welcoming place. I would recommend it to any of my family and friends. Thank you from the heart for welcoming us!

Points négatifs : There was quite a bit of dust behind the bed, the shower needs to be thoroughly cleaned (it smelled very humid). The plug next to the left side of the bed looks rather dangerous , as all the cables fell out!

Enjoyed a wonderful experience in a Frenchtown that has been successful in preserving its traditions

Points positifs : Charles, the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond to queries, he provided practical, useful and interesting information and local recommendations. The apartment was French shabby-chic with some lovely old pieces of furniture and a welcome pack of ground coffee and basics. The location was excellent, right by several dangerously superb patisseries and shops. Easy to access all parts of the town including a couple of outstanding restaurants such as Au Coq Bleu and a Grand Cave with wine tasting. Staying for a week gave us a sense of the warmth and friendliness of the local inhabitants and the ambiance of Beaune. Parking was free, nearby, and safe. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals from forays at the local market and charcuteries.

Points négatifs : The heating struggled a little during a cold snap and a door on the bedroom instead of a curtain would have been an enhancement.
